Create standardized solution for installing commonjs and Hyperloop modules from npm

Need ability to be able to install titanium commonjs modules, alloy widgets, nodejs packages, hyperloop modules from npm. Will have to look into merging appc.js files until that functionality is built into titanium cli.

There are several varieties of hacks out there right now. Some use a combination of browserify and some post-install scripts. Ideally, the package itself would not have to have any logic in it but instead have all install/merge logic residing in the core framework/tool.
