Followed instructions with only one change:
FileSystem = L:FastFileSystem

Rebooted, issued:
mount sd0:
format drive sd0: name "sdcard" quick

Computer returns with "Initializing disk..." followed by a "Format Failure: seek failure". Per a suggestion on amiga.org, I added:
DosType = 0x444f5303

After issuing format command, responds with a "*" instead of the seek error. Shell remains locked-up until computer turned off.

Machine configuration:
Amiga 2000 rev 4.4
Kickstart 3.1
GVP G-Force 040
VA2000 with VA2000CX + generic HDMI -> VGA adapter connected to BenQ BL702A display

Every time the machine is cold booted, there is no signal to the screen until I reset the machine with Ctrl - LAmiga - RAmiga.

Tried with multiple displays, does not make a difference if it is pure HDMI or with the VGA adapter.

After updating to the 1.9.0b2 firmware (Tested both the Z2 75 mhz clock 2 mb mode, and Z2 100 mhz clock firmwares) and installing the new drivers, I get a software failure on startup:

FILE0
Program failed (error #80000006)
Suspend / Reboot

My configuration:
Amiga 2000
A2630 with BigRAM 2630
Buddha IDE
VA2000 + VA2000CX

I did not see this error with the 1.9.0b2 firmware and 1.8.5 driver combination.
