I downloaded the clock face and then later it disappeared from my watch, Versa 3, leaving the face that was originally on it. I went into phone to put face back on watch, it was taken off of clock face list, and when I tried to download it again I couldn't.

I have used this watch face on my Fitbit for years! I love it because I am a medical professional and I need to lock the screen from time to time. This one will not lock on my new upgraded Fitbit. Can it be fixed or do you have an alternative?

Hello, I am trying to get your medical professional clock face to stay on my screen when I tap it like it is supposed to. For some reason it is not. I’ve tried everything I can think of and it still will not stay on when I tap it. The lock icon is not popping up when I tap it. I’m using a brand new Fitbit Versa 2. I’ve deleted the clock face and reinstalled, turned off the watch, etc and nothing seems to work.

My medical professional clock face shows only minute ticks around clock circle, not any hour ticks or hour numbers. How do I fix?
