Problems with bibliographic info getting into ILLiad about mgetit HOT 6 CLOSED

I'll need specific citations to look at and compare if you want any changes to come from this.

Working well in my testing, except for a bug with page ranges.

If you request document delivery and then opt for ILL, inclusive page ranges are reversed (last page-first page, rather than first page-last page) in the ILL form.

For the same entries, if you request document delivery and then opt for 7FAST, no pages are provided in the resulting form.
