For me, all of these have Email links, and most have a Send to phone option. The one without a Send to phone option is the one without full text online (probably a causal relationship). They may not have worked the first time around because Umlaut does some work in the background.

Yup, I see the "email" option now on all of these, but not "send to phone" on any.

I don't think I see this in the current interface. Is it there?

It's not a part of the design Trevor has been working on.

Ah yes, it was one of the low priority items from the features list (along with the suite of "find similar items"). https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1hsoEd5hIaD86GhOtxrhCVvB27ZPsGIDxBL0GJw_MT70/edit#gid=0
I'd like to think about this again, given our decision to remove holdings information; those seem like value-added items we should reconsider. I'll add it to tomorrow's agenda.

The metadata for articles in 360Link are really bad. For example:
And the corresponding xml Only includes the last author.
Even when the url includes multiple authors. The ArticlesPlus record includes more authors.
My opinion: Not worth investigating.

Agreed. Unless/until user research says there's a strong demand for this (I don't think there's evidence of that at this time), I think we can close this ticket. @bnhowell
