Make perl shebangs more portable
Using hardcoded perl shebangs is a problem for many kinds of systems, especially for Gentoo Prefix. In Gentoo, we currently patch the perl scripts:

Would you consider merging this patch, in order to make tiobench more portable to other kinds of systems. The rationale for relying on PATH/env lookup:

please don't use -Werror compiler flag or make it optional
Is better to don't use "-Werror" or warnings will make the compilation fail.
Can be a idea also using CFLAGS?= instead of CFLAGS for make it optional, so i can override it.
