Why result is different between Common Crypto and PHP (common crypto md5 seems not good) ?

1. $ok:=PHP Executer("";"md5";$crypté;"zozo")
2. $crypté2:=MD5 ("zozo")

I see that this works fine for 64 bit applications. I need this for 32-bit version of 4D v17. Is there a bundle version for 32-bit binaries somewhere ?

We tried to use your plugin on 4D v13.5 (172101) on a Mac OS X 10.8.5 with a Windows 10 Professional or a Mac OS X Client.
We do not see the Plugin Methods within 4D Explorer.
I tried a older version from github, but with no other result.
We took "Common Crypto.bundle" and copied it in the Plugins Folder of a new DB.

Do you now why this happens?

Miyako, Thanks so much for this plugin. It looks like it will fit the bill for what I need. I'm sorry for my ignorance, but I wonder if you could share how I actually build a plugin bundle from what you have here. I need to build on for 4D v13.5 and v15 and I've never built a plugin before.

We use your plugin - it works great! But in Catalina i have a little Problem. When i start 4D with the plugin, following error is comming:

"Common Crypto.bundle" is damaged and can not be opened. It is best to move the item to the trash.

latest version V17 R5

do you have a idea?

Dear Miyako,
Thank you very much for your plugins, I use more of them. Currently, I use SHA512 which I think generates SHA-2 type hash (Sorry, I'm not an expert of crypto).
However, I would need SHA-3 type hash in next version of my 4D app, very soon.
Is it possible somehow with your 4d-plugin-common-crypto or any other way?

Hi Miyako,
We have started using your 4D Common Crypto Plugin earlier this year and since we deployed to sites we started to notice a strange issues: 4D datafile is getting locked fully and not able to perform any operations.

This happens for Server – Client environment only, 4D Client is freezes then 4D server freezes as well. We have been trying to find a solution for this problem for months and we started to removing the Crypto plugin from the sites and it seems fixing the issue – but not 100% sure as we do not know the root cause and not able to replicate it.

Are you aware of any issues with Crypto Plugin that would possibly cause freezing?
