CAVE2 windows virtualisation

Using a template VM config, create configs for each node : Script to write node vm xml from template vm xml

• PCI bus addresses for 2 x GPU + 2 x GPU HDMI sound
• Mac addresses, eg: 00:00:aa:bb:01-20 for each node
• Confirm bridge interface working and that the nodes can get DHCP addresses on CAVE vlan after networking reconfiguration on 12/7

Most of the cluster work is done, todos:

• Networking: must provide IP addresses via DHCP, all the nodes have MAC addresses in the format 02:00:00:aa:bb:XX where XX is the node number 01-20 or 00 for head1. Currently instances have no net access unless a static IP is provided in range 130.194.253.128+ with gateway 130.194.253.254 and a valid dns server. Also need hostnames configured.
• single start and stop scripts - 90% done, currently the scripts work with tentakel but there is a bit of testing to be done to make sure a script can bring the windows cluster up and down in a single step
• Access via virtual mouse/keyboard.
• Testing of graphics and network performance
