Hello there, name's Dmitry. Though friends call me Mitya
- Managing project repo and pipeline (setting up build checks, auto-tests and 3d-party static code checks, deployment)
- Designing application architecture
- Developing backend server (setting up dbs, managing host-specific requirements, developing server itself, dockerizing)
- Developing frontend application (Most of the time I use React)
- Testing (I sure would like my next plane tested before getting on it. Covering backend mostly)
- Deployment (At the end of the day you still need to use the application somehow)
Even though I cover all the stages of app development, I consider myself mostly a backend developer and tend to advance in such a trajectory.
Team work is essential when we're talking about complex solutions, thereforeboth in team projects or my job as a Team Lead at T1 Group my main focuses are:
- Constantly increasing competences of my team
The more people know - the more complex tasks they can complete - Personal growth trajectory
Whether we are talking about junior dev or senior QA - it is crucial to create environment where they can not only complete their tasks, but grow as experts in their field - Team building
Even with all-senior staff - they still need to operate as one. In my team you can always expect to get help or support you may need and be sure that everyone will deliver
Guess that's about it on the code/work subject. Would love to tell everything not related to programming personally)
