Every time I run a workflow, as soon as the workflow finishes, Tomcat crashes. Or maybe the entire JVM crashes? I don't really know.

My really crappy solution for now is to have a cron check on the status of tomcat every once in a while, and bring it back up if it's down. This solution only really half works, because occasionally when I do this, Taverna/Tomcat starts refusing my incoming requests.

It works sometimes though, and I only need it to work once for the presentation, so...good enough.
