Need to figure out details. The TVs in overflow room can be used - they are linked to a central computer (a Mac).

@alistairewj what do you think about removing the carousel from the front page and just displaying a static image and text instead? The first image in the carousel is good (photo from a previous event), and we could update the text to cover the points in the other items of the carousel if necessary.

The contact form at https://betterscience.mit.edu/contact/ doesn't work for me. When I click the "Send message" button after completing the fields, nothing seems to happen. I'm working on a Mac and using Chrome.

We should add a robots.txt file to prevent the website being indexed.

Need to export from Eventbrite, buy lanyards, and set up for participants

Each mentor will pick from the ideas their top 3 (or suggest their own new idea) - then we will assign one mentor per idea.
