After mit-jp/crem#37 is complete, pre.gms can be removed and the data transformation script simplified.

As directed by @dlwilson & @vkarplus :

• Provincial Comparison page: units for population figure.

• All pages: ensure 2007 is given as the year for USD.

• Remove National Comparison page, incorporate text into Air Pollution page:

  In the 4% scenario, China's climate pledge is achieved, with substantial co-benefits in the form of improved air quality. The non-fossil energy target is also reached, as its share reaches 23% in 2030 (right panel). To achieve near-term air quality goals, a CO₂ price will need to be accompanied by complementary measures to address air pollution formation, such as ammonia controls and end-of-pipe cleanup on remaining coal-fired power stations (middle panel).

• Rename Air Pollution page to CO₂ & Air Quality.

Depends on mit-jp/crem#36.

As a temporary fix, crem_presentation/data/pre.gms may need to be extended to calculate this quantity.
