When login with my google credentials, after the last realtimeboard update. I'm being asked again to log in with my google credentials. Credentials are not being stored and login dialog remais open

Test case:

1. Create a Sketch page with two artboads
2. Sync to Miro
3. Add the new artboard on the top of the first.
4. Sync to Miro

Result:
The new artboard was placed after two existing.

Expected result:
The new artboard on the top of the first.

I can not login from sketch, after I type my e-mail and password it takes a long time to load, freezes the program, and when it comes back shows the error message:

"Please check your internet connection and retry"

But it is not a problem with my internet connection, since I tried it in two different networks

When trying to log in using Google, when the plugin launches a browser window in Sketch Google thinks its a browser without JavaScript and stops the process.

So, when I duplicate an artboard in my sketch file and synchronize my artboards with Miro, the duplicated artboard replaces the original one, instead of create another image in board.
I'm using Sketch 54.1 and plugin 1.5.1.

Hello, the plugin is not working in Sketch 50 (55047)

Not responsive with Uploading all boards or selected boards.

Do a find/replace for Realtimeboard > miro

and repackage?

Hello the issue is fixed that I can login again via SSO, but know I am trying to sync 8 dartboards to Miro since around half an hour. So normally it never takes that long. What is the issue here. The only functionality to sync now isn't working anymore. Already restarted a lot of them and checked to make new files also.

The installation instructions say to, "double-click the RealtimeBoard.sketchplugin bundle to install the plugin." But that's just a folder and double-clicking it only opens the folder. There isn't a file with that name.

On sketch 58. Click Sync and beachball forever.

Hello all, thanks for this great plugin.

There are some issues I've found recently:

• Some artboards are not getting uploaded
• Some artboards were getting replaced by the wrong artboard.
• As from today, the artboards are not getting replaced at all.

Trying to upload to miro ending with "An error occured" "There was an error during syncing. Please retry".
Sketch 87.1 (and beta 88). I've gone through multiple artboards and it seems to fail when there is bigger bitmap. Not bigger resolution but bigger size in artboard.
It worked before (I'm not sure if it was the same version of the Sketch, but I think it was) with the exact same artboards.

Mac OS version: 12.1
Sketch version: 83.1
Miro plugin version: 1.6.2

Hi, it is not possible anymore to sync Sketch artboards on Miro boards.

Steps to reproduce:

• Select artboard(s)
• On Plugin, select Miro > Sync selected artboards
• Authenticate on Miro (with SSO)

Expected result: display list of Miro boards for sync

Actual result: "Connection error"" pop up displayed with the following message: "Sorry, the board list cannot be received"

Same issue reproduced on my colleagues laptops.

I'm coming across a bug where the plugin doesn't replace previously synced images, but adds them as new images in Realtimeboard.

Not every artboard in the Sketch file does this, for example I had 2 artboards side by side and when I synced them, only one was properly synced and the other created a new image. These were both synced properly previously and nothing in the file changed other than updating Sketch and updating the plugin.

Is there a way to link a new artboard to an existing image container in Realtimeboard as a work around? I have gigantic user flows with arrows and comments pinned to images and redoing that across multiple boards would be an enormous waste of time.

I was able to open the Miro plugin dialog and authenticated via SSO.

After successful authentication, I tried to select the Sync options and neither one of them would display the dialog. Other team members are experiencing the same issue.

Dialog does not appear to be hidden behind windows, as I also initiated "Show all windows" in Sketch and did not see any dialog related to Miro plugin.

It would be interesting to have at least one simple repository here on GitHub, even without proprietary files of your products. Just to open up issues and add requests for features.

I myself would open a feature request today. That would be the possibility of creating a local file as has Adobe XD. But the idea is a file that is encrypted and can only be opened by Realtimeboard applications.

This file would be synchronized and used asynchronously with the RTB server, it would serve as a "cache" and as if it were a "token". That way we would avoid having to download the data every time we re-open the APP.

It's a problem when we're offline and when the connection is bad. Such file would decrease access to your server resources. Reducing costs and making our lives easier.

The plugin converts sketch elements into a single image so the elements can not be edited in miro. Is there a way to import workable elements from sketch into miro?

We've suddenly found the link between our sketch docs and Miro boards is broken. It seems that none of our recently edited boards are in the selection list. We've tried re-authenticating but no luck

The plugin converts sketch elements into a single image so the elements can not be edited in miro. Is there a way to import workable elements from sketch into miro?

A large system update was performed by Miro last Saturday 18th June 22. We first noticed the below issue on the 20th June.

How to repeat the issue

1. Install the latest Sketch to Miro plugin 1.6.5 in Sketch (Version 89)
2. Place some content in an artboard in Sketch
3. Create a Miro board using a Miro account.
4. Using the Miro plugin in Sketch, sync the artboard to the new Miro board - using the following settings:
   "Only selected artboards on this page"
   "Export @2 and scale to 50% on canvas"

Issue

Resizing the synced image in Miro is not possible (it always reverts to the previous size)
Deleting the image in Miro is not possible
Moving the image is also not possible (after screen refresh the image returns to its first position)

I'm using Sketch 51.2 and every time I try to sync boards to Sketch it crashes the app. It's once I select a board and click 'Snyc' that it crashes.

So, users can't download it. The plugin update in Sketch doesn't work also.
