之前上課時有抓過opendata.taipei的台北市交通速率資料，因為後來專題並沒有使用這個資料，後來就沒有繼續進行分析了，最近決定重新拿出來做些分析

資料處理

之前是使用java進行處理，這次改用shell+python進行資料下載及解析的部分
