Links:

Status: SOURCE

Prior proposal: BOSSEE

This proposal is adapted from a prior submission, BOSSEE.

BOSSEE is a proposal that was submitted on January 29th 2019 to the H2020 European E-Infrastructure call INFRAEOSC-02-2019 (and which was not funded).

Focus

In this SOURCE proposal we want to improve reproducibility and re-usability of scientific software, in particular through further development of the Binder project and repo2docker.

horizon-widera-2022's Issues

WP5 tasks and overall objective of the WP

  • From what I understand the goal of this WP is a bit more than dissemination of the results of this project, right?
  • Is there any plan activities (dissemination/outreach) towards "people" who develop and deploy services? For instance, towards EOSC "service providers" to make sure there is no delay between what you make available and what is available to researchers via EOSC.
  • For training: is there a need to better specify (and differentiate) training towards researchers, RSEs or other support staff?
  • For outreach and communication: Is there anything towards more "high-level" academic staff (such as professors) and policy makers?

WP1 T1.3 "Community Engagement Panel"

What is the respective role of each partner in WP1 T1.3?

  • What is "regular community engagement panel meetings"? once a year? Is it linked to any event we would organize?
  • How efforts will be coordinated with WP5?
  • How do we measure the effectiveness of this Task?

project website in WP5 or WP1?

  • Which work package/task is in charge of the project website?

In T1.1 (WP1), the text says that T1.1 is in charge of the project website.

In Task 5.1 the text says that this is done in WP5.
