[Bug]: Improve dependency installation message for pip about mindsdb HOT 5 CLOSED

It should only be pip install .[lightwood] in the case that users have cloned our repo and installed it locally.
If they install mindsdb with pip install mindsdb then this will fail.

Maybe we should present both?

Both can be presented, it can be added that if installed locally via pip from source,run pip install .[mindsdb]. As this is listed in the docs, however it will be skipped over

@hamishfagg yep sounds like a good solution is to indicate both, i.e.:

If you have cloned the github repo, please run pip install.[name]
If you have installed via pip, please run pip install[name]
