Windows context menu items that allow you to copy a given file's date stamps and then paste (apply) them to any other file. Applies all three datestamps, 'modified', 'accessed' and 'created'. Helps me to preserve dates for archival purposes. Might be usefull for anyone else as well.

wincopypastedates's Issues

\! exclamation problem

! exclamation in path is treated as special backlashed symbol for some reason. I guess it's just Robocopy's drunk behaviour again, no idea how to fix.

creation date inconsistency

For some really unobvious reason the rename cmd directive changes the file's creation date to... ehm... batch file's creation date the previous file's date of the same name that gets deleted at the beginning of the batch script. That must be the strangest bug I've ever encountered and something you wouldn't expect from some basic function like this.
