Good work! It is a great firmware.

Maybe, it will be great if you can improve the start up time. I usually need to view the last channel, and I have to wait a lot of time, with RSSI signal search, and the first menu.

Will it be possible to only scann RSSI and see the menu if I press a button in the first 10sec?

I think you should create a separate sketch for standalone mode since it is never used normally. Your code is constantly checking if standalone mode is enabled. You could also save memory by moving the oled feature to the standalone sketch and removing it from the OSD only code.

Maybe add a sub-menu where RSSI can be calibrated.
The video image doesn't do well in interference and the video lines will temporarily lose sync. Adding or improving the clocking of the video lines would help to reduce the video lines becoming de-synced.

Would it be possible to implement a way to access the OSD menu and change band without a main-reset.

And another one :) a signal strength indicator on all 8 channels of the current band when changing channels

I can see in you schematic that you have a 10 ohm resistor "R_VIDOUT" on the video line coming out of the switch. What is the reason for the resistor?
