Activity bar not themed

Is it intentional that the activity bar on the left hand side (the one showing the small icons for version control, explorer etc.) is the standard dark background and grey icons? Because this theme, to my very surprise, even themes the peek view, which 128% of the themes out there forget.

I'd be happy to submit a PR
