u need to get a text file from caltech to get regions, u search for a particular star catalog region list from another site.

from the regions, this will save the regions and take all the stars for each region and save it in the mongodb server it's connected to.

i saved an example of the text file the form 'add regions' will take, which runs another thread to process the file and respond to the user actions from the DOM (controller). so multi-threaded when processing a file and on the website.

wanted to make it so u can search through c3po to get regions but w/e my professor gave me little feedback on this so I didn't feel like I was making something she wanted.

Need to add a add region by name, edit region, and edit star.
