I tried the multiboot same issue. It's the formatting, I am not installing multiple OS. I have one SSD only, no Windows or MacOS on it and I cannot install the OS because it says it is not GUID formatted. I tried to format it in Disk Utility, but no option to choose the type of partitioning.

So my pc that Id like to convert into a hackintosh is too far away from the router to run an ethernet cable (and i dont have any cat6 run through my walls, the house is very old) but I do have a Netgear A6210 wireless USB dongle that uses the Mediatek MT7610U chipset, and works great in windows 10, but do you know of any kexts that will make it work in the OSX installer? In my limited searching, I could only find full installer DMGs to use on an already installed version of Mac OS X. I will also try using my old rooted android as an internet connection if it doesnt exist.

Since the partitions are not viewable in Windows, how do I replace it?

Hey I have a z97 gaming 3 mobo. I added the AtherosE2200Ethernet.kext from the repo and rebooted. but the NIC never got anything and there was no connection

I checked online and downloaded a new version of the kext which works for my mobo (killer) based on other users online. But that also doesn't work. Any suggestions?

Hi I got to the step where I am ready to install the OS. In disk utility, I formatted an SSD I want to use, to Mac journaled, however in the install step I cannot pick this SSD and it says the disk does not use GUID partitioning. The partition button is grayed out in Disk Utility. How do I select what type of partitioning I want, I think it's doing MBR right now.

Hi there. So I got past everything but the second part of installation. When i boot with clover and select the drive, where i installed the OS, it goes ok...but it gets to an error page that says: "The installer resources may have expired." Do you know what could be the problem here?
