If I know for example, that I need to find something in the Faculty Handbook rules (II.C.3), I click on that link in the left nav bar, but I cannot scroll down below a couple of sections of the entire handbook. Unless there is some way to scroll among content, this is useless…

Problem

'Copy path' button, as highlighted in the screenshot below, copies path appended with 'static'.

Expected behavior

'Copy path' button copies the rest of the path excluding 'static'.
