Fader not assigning accurately? Calibration?

Crossfader position seems off?
When I fade to the right side, it get 95% of the way accross and stops. It
looks like it gets to the left side 5% earlier than a full fade. I checked
in another app, Resolume and had similar results.
If there some sort of calibrator or driver tweak? I hope you're still
working on this - I've been eagerly waiting to use my DM2 for VJing but
haven't since switching to OS-X.

My setup - OS-X 10.5.6,
Modul8 2.5.8 VJ Software.

No longer works with OS X Lion

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install lion 
2.try to use a DM2 using this software
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the dm2 controller will not respond at all.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OS X 10.7.2 and using BETA 4

Please provide any additional information below.
