Hi Yugandhar,
It is most likely that you don't have access to the C drive. Usually, this is the case with institutional computer/laptops as they have limited user rights. Try moving all R and Rstudio installations to someother drive where you have full access instead of default drive i.e. C. Hope this helps. I will close this issue for now. Feel free to open if you do not succeed in installation.
