Find a way to automatically call ReactExperienceLoader.load()

While being able to explicitly call ReactExperienceLoader.load() at strategic points during runtime is nice, it would be a nice enhancement if react-native-lazy-index could make those calls by itself in certain scenarios. For instance, could we leverage AppRegistry.registerComponent() (and BatchedBridge.registerCallableModule()) to determine that we should call ReactExperienceLoader.load() before the app is loaded?

[Documentation] Improve documentation on how to implement

Can we improve the documentation to have an example on how and where to implement, perhaps in the context of a standard react-native init app?

Currently the examples don't say where and how to implement in either the standard MainApplication.java or AppDelegate.m.

Also, on the js side, how/when do we call the load function?

Action Required: Fix Renovate Configuration

There is an error with this repository's Renovate configuration that needs to be fixed. As a precaution, Renovate will stop PRs until it is resolved.

Error type: Cannot find preset's package (github>whitesource/merge-confidence:beta)
