Hi @fkgruber,
train_csuite_example.py in examples can be modified to do what you want. You would need to remove the variational adjacency distribution, and everywhere when sample is called use the fixed graph. You also need to remove the variational adjacency terms from the loss.
We're hoping to get some more use cases like this into examples soon.
