Hi,
Nice work getting a nice set of icons working with the Soda Theme. Any chance to get items closer to the left edge within the sidebar? If so, what do I need to do to customize the theme? That's some precious sidebar real estate, particularly when working with a deep file structure.
Best,
Please add the Go icon in a suitable resolution for high DPI displays, it looks a bit odd right now.
https://github.com/Miw0/SoDaReloaded-Theme/blob/master/dark/icons/file_type_go%402x.png
Which colorscheme are demonstrated in the two figure?
I'd like to say thanks for the continual support of the Soda theme and I love it!
I would like to ask if it's possible to set icons on the file navigation bar for git related files like .gitignore? I've seen other themes doing it and I thought that would be a great addition.
The current icons are a bit too bright and therefore hard to see in the light variant.
Maybe we should find better icons or make the currently existing ones a bit darker.
See branch light-variant-icons
.
Hi!
Could you please create a light variant for this theme? I really like the idea but as I currently use 2 different colour-schemes (light/dark) as per the room lighting, the lack of a light variant hurts.
Fixed in pull request #2
I use the SCSS syntax bundled with https://packagecontrol.io/packages/SCSS to get SCSS highlighting. SoDaReloaded-Theme seems to include a custom version of this syntax that somehow always overrides the other one, no matter whether it's set as default or not.
The SCSS syntax bundled with this package doesn't actually highlight code correctly.
I would suggest removing these syntax bundles or at least finding a way not to make them override the normal one, as this proves to create an annoying behaviour with Sublime Text not being able to tell which package to keep active.
Hey everyone.
Thank you for your great work on the package. Will buy you a beer within this week :)
The latest release was well over 1.5 years ago (v1.3.0 on May 24 2016 according to GitHub's releases). I install this theme via Package Control which has v1.3.0. It would be super great to have a more recent code version there.
Could you release a new version that has a more recent codebase? Thanks!
Prior to Sublime Text release 4126, tabs in this theme looked normal.
After updating, the text on the tabs renders oddly when the tab is highlighted or moused-over, as shown in these screenshots:
Steps to reproduce
Launch sublime text 4126 on macOS 12.1 (4K display, if it matters).
Open some tabs.
Expected behavior
Tabs all look normal.
Actual behavior
Selected tabs and moused over tabs have patchy rendering.
Workaround
Disable the SoDaReloaded Theme.
Hi installed this package and added the "theme" line to user settings, saved and restarted sublime and now my side bar never shows up by default. Now I have to do View -> SideBar -> Show Side Bar
But even if I do that, I have to do it for every new window and if sublime restarts, it doesn't show and I have to do that process again.
was this intended? is there a way for me to display sidebar by deault if I open sublime with a directory?
I was wondering if this theme supported rounded tabs like the original soda, so tried the classic tabs setting - it works!
Just added the following to my user preferences:
"soda_classic_tabs": true,
May or may not be worth mentioning on the home page.
Hi,
This is not a bug but rather a feature request. Few themes like the material theme have a feature (exposed via settings) to make sure that the width of the tabs auto fits its contents. an example follows (taken from the material theme)
"material_theme_tabs_autowidth" : true , // Enable autowidth for tabs
Can you please incorporate this feature ?
Thanks and Regards
Gagan
My sidebar does not update to the the SodaReloaded theme even after a restart. Any ideas on why this would be? I have a feeling it might be a non-SodaReloaded issue.

Is there a way to disable them?
Hi, Can you please incorporate this theme https://github.com/jrolfs/sodarized as well with your theme? So instead of the current two (light and dark ) , you would have light , dark , solarized light and dark as well. Since both of them are based on soda theme having them together as one makes sense.
Please let me know what you think.
Thanks and Regards

On Mac OX especially on full screen, the tab file is so hard to click, the window menu shows every time. At least make the height of tab file a little bit higher. Thanks. Awesome theme btw.
Please add support for custom icon settings.
The reason i got this need is because i just installed Ecmascript-Sublime, to work alongside sublime-project-specific-syntax.
I am using module scripts with an .mjs
extension who contain ES6+ syntax, which is automatically displayed using correct syntax using the sublime-project-specific-syntax extension (or syntax-specific config file).
I noticed that the files are not displayed using correct icon in the sidebar, i would like them to show like JS files for example.
So my request is:
Can you add support for custom icon settings, in project files preferably, where we can customize which icons to use for which files and/or extension?
PS: In mean time how can i add a custom settings file so this plugin recognizes .mjs
files as Javascript files?
(that link shows the source of the used file but where to place a modified one?)
Hi,
I was wondering what the proper customization would be to get a caret next to the folder name in the sidebar? Thanks, and a great theme!
When install SoDaReloaded, half of other plugins are there on disk, where they belong but no longer available in Sublime.
(cannot discuss reasons due to spam regulations, sorry)
Healthy Sublime is all about Internet. So it goes for plugin Miw0/SoDaReloaded. Asian software is mostly malware in the Americas, of late. From what I understand, living in 3rd world (Region 3 Americas), Region 2 Asia has some nation states that practice extreme censorship. North Korea and China being 2 well-known examples. Kudos to MiW0 for trying to build anything global behind The Great Wall. SoDaReloaded resolution struggles with more than that. For one thing, mine is a 3rd world install. Trump damage to 3rd world global trade cannot be good for 3rd world Internet. England being 98.7+ trillion in the gutter (2014 and counting, as Trump and Her Majesty strolled out of Buckingham Palace with identical tans), plugin streaming for her colonies is a growing problem. Doing everything in today's new Internet-Of-Things. Miw0 should work with someone from Europe Region 1. Mainland Europe is on top of things. Especially, recently. I have found Sweden and Germany to be most helpful with apps and connectivity.
Your initial icons are quite nice, but currently it renders default icons for both .yml
files and Dockerfile
. Any ideas for creating custom icons for these file types?
The Docker one could draw inspiration from their official logo, but I'm not so sure about YAML.
can you please add support for st-file-icons ?

Hi. I just started using the SodaReloaded theme because of how nice it makes the ST3 sidebar and tabs look.
How can I change the selection color so it stands out a bit more for me?
Thanks,
Will
Hey there,
For some reason I found this theme was creating image corruption on the view. So tried to uninstall it with PackageControl. Except...
So I then manually searched for all files matching 'sodareload' in my sublime settings folder. Found some matches. Deleted them all from disk. Restarted sublime 3.
However the theme is still listed in the same UI: Select theme popup window. And I can still switch to it. So it must be lingering about somewhere?
Getting this error this morning after the Package Control update:
Error loading syntax file "Packages/Theme - SoDaReloaded/light/icons/Langs/SCSS.tmLanguage": Unable to open Packages/Theme - SoDaReloaded/light/icons/Langs/SCSS.tmLanguage
I've restarted multiple times, still getting error. Any ideas?
