Sometimes does not fetch data from contact, potentially because of linked contact cards (FB and LinkedIn)

Urgency values are updated on app becoming active. We should limit urgency updates to once per day (and only update the specific contact urgency after contacting, instead of calling the update all method -- laziness here)

Should limit contact book updating to once per day. At this point, it makes the app too slow if we load the address book every time the app becomes active. Similar to the urgency updating problem.
