A simple open source news demo app developed in Kotlin, Dagger 2 Android framework and MVVM pattern. As more ideas and features come along, I will enusre that I keep everyone updated. I did my best in ensuring that the codebase is easy to understand even for novice devs. I hope this will one day help someone 😉.

• Can view latest Business, Health, Sport, Technology and Entertainment news
• View about and contact developer
• View Covid-19 stats for South Africa, UAE, Italy, Egypt, China, USA, UK, Morocco and Japan
• Filter Covid-19 stats by country
• Switch between Default mode and Dark mode depending on the system or you can keep it in dark mode or light mode from a dialog
• Save news article as a bookmark
