Scaling Persistent In-memory Key-Value Stores over Modern Tiered, Heterogeneous Memory Hierarchies

1. Overview

This repository contains the source code, setup utilities, and test scripts of BonsaiKV+.

2. Prerequisite

BonsaiKV+ has been tested and evaluated on a hardware platform with two RDMA-connected commodity server machines. Detailed hardware and software configurations are follows:

CPU: 2 x Intel Xeon Gold 6240M @ 2.60GHZ

NVM: 12 x 128GB Intel Optane DC Persistent Memory

DRAM: 12 x 16GB DDR4 DRAM

SSD: 1 TB Samsung solid state driver

NIC: 2 x Mellanox ConnectX-5 NIC

Network: InfiniBand

OS: Ubuntu 18.04

Compiler: GCC-11
