Implement functionalities for filters in the landing page

There are a lot of optimization techniques to improve performance metrics on production env.

Business requirements

• landing page toolbar should have a button "Become a host"
• once user clicks on this module, they should be taken to a new module called "HostWizard" with sub route of 'become-host'
• the module will be level one module meaning it's under the app module directly
• the module should instantiate a component wizard.
• every step in the wizard should be broken down to individual components
• Wizard steps are
  • LOGIN : this step should be skipped if user is already logged in
  • Tell us more about you : gather user information (name, email, phone number(s)) should be already populated from social media account

user should be able to login or sing up with

• google

once the user is successfully logged in, modal should close

Write unit testing to the following
