Hi @mhanson01 ,

Thanks for the great work but i face some issues and have a couple suggestions.

1. My connection is flaky. goes on and off. Observed the downloading does not pick back up
   when connection restores. The downloading is stuck indefinitely.
2. To restart downloading, when i cancel out current downloading process by 'ctrl+c' a zero kb file is left behind. So the download process skips downloading the stuck file.
   So it will be great when the script is rerun instead of just checking if filename exists also check if filesize is > 0kb and if it is rewrite/ redownload the file again.
3. A visual indication of downloading progress of any sort will be awesome to know whats happening. Right now i dont know even whether the file is downloading or the script is dead.

All these features will make the course downloading completely unattented process.
