Need a better implementation for Day-Night cycle. Current system no longer works properly for some reason.

Wizzrobes need the following things implemented:

1. Randomization of position within a certain radius around the player when appearing
2. Attacking
3. Collision detection with player
4. Sound effect for vanish/appear
5. destroy event

In addition, all Wizzrobe subtypes need implementation.

After throwing a jar, sound effects stop working properly.

When a heart is at 1/4 filled, taking more than 1HP of damage decrements the health counter properly but does not draw the HUD properly. The quarter filled heart will still be a quarter filled while the heart below it decrements properly.

Need to implement:

fire wizzrobe
ice wizzrobe
lightning wizzrobe

So, err, Events.cs... Why are these delegate types repeated if they almost all have the exact same signature? The delegate type's name has no bearing on the event declaration itself, so... are they expected to change at some point? If not, I recommend consolidating them - there's no need for unnecessary duplication.
