It appears every attempt to claim NonPersistent AI vehicles on DMS missions and NonPersistent AI vehicles that Occupation spawn. NonPersistent vehicle that spawned by Exile Server works good.

Can anybody help to fix that?

This is not an issue, but I cannot figure out how to use github so I'll put it here. I understand you handed this mod over to someone called John but Exilemod closed down so "John" no longer exists.
Just saying this mod still works on the latest version of Arma and exile, so fantastic job!
I have a suggestion for this mod which I have already tested if you want to update it.
In an effort to make the Claim menu more intuitive, update your readme so that, in your config.cpp under "CfgInteractionMenus", where you put "condition = "true", instead put:
condition = "((locked ExileClientInteractionObject) isEqualTo 1)";
That way the "Claim Ownership" menu entry will only be visible when the vehicle is unowned.
