iso-tc184-sc4-directives's Issues

"Preface" section not rendered

In an ISO document, there is no "Preface" section allowed -- there is only "Foreword".

However, the supplementary directives document includes a .Preface, which is of course not rendered.

I wonder if we should allow such overrides.

Disable auto-fetching of ISO TC 184/SC 4 internal committee documents

Relaton is fetching the wrong documents here:

Options:

  1. Support ISO/TC 184/SC 4 documents in a separate relaton-data repo (I think this is good)
  2. Find a way for Relaton to not fetch the wrong documents and use the supplied title
  3. Mark these as non-auto-fetch

Do not create anchors for defined terms

For @anermina :

I noticed that in the document there are anchors for terms, e.g.:

[[Guide]]
==== Guide

term:[document] published by ISO or IEC giving rules, orientation, advice or term:[recommendation] relating to international standardization

NOTE: Guides can address issues of interest to all users of documents published by ISO and IEC.

[.source]
<<isodir2, clause "3.1.7">>

Due to the smart terms referencing, there is no need to create anchors like [[Guide]].

Can you please help remove them here? Thanks.
