ISO/TC 184/SC 4 Supplementary Directives

This repository provides ISO/TC 184/SC 4 standing documents in Metanorma format.

In an ISO document, there is no "Preface" section allowed -- there is only "Foreword".
However, the supplementary directives document includes a .Preface
, which is of course not rendered.
I wonder if we should allow such overrides.
For development of the ISO 10303 package we need to be fully aware of the supplementary directives.
Here we should encode them in Metanorma so it's easier to read/search. I've already migrated a few sections but there is still quite a bit left.

Ping @andrew2net @opoudjis
For @anermina :
I noticed that in the document there are anchors for terms, e.g.:
[[Guide]]
==== Guide
term:[document] published by ISO or IEC giving rules, orientation, advice or term:[recommendation] relating to international standardization
NOTE: Guides can address issues of interest to all users of documents published by ISO and IEC.
[.source]
<<isodir2, clause "3.1.7">>
Due to the smart terms referencing, there is no need to create anchors like [[Guide]]
.
Can you please help remove them here? Thanks.
