cleanup and finish BigNumber

• cleanup code to use C++ types where applicable

improve python bindings

• to_biginteger() uses py::int_::to_string => BigInteger::parse conversion which is slow. Instead we should do py::in_::to_bytes and use the byte array constructor
• similar as the previous but in reverse we have have dunder overloads that go from BigInteger.Tostring into py::int_(<from str>)
• Fix the cmake file to do proper environment detection. Now it's hardcoded to /venv/
