I've learned a lot from your code. Thanks a lot for your contribution, I really appreciate that.
I have a humble request, would you take some time to implement message relay of Spring Webstock? I've tried many times but always failed.
instead of using :
config.enableSimpleBroker(TOPIC);
use:
config.enableStompBrokerRelay(TOPIC)

for that message can be received on different machines.

I'd be thankful if you could do that.

Is it not better if a service creates and exposes its clients?

you are creating tweet client, but technically that should be created in the tweet service and uploaded to artifactory as part of every release. then other services to import is use them
