Change homepage customer testimonials to new carousel you just found on Instagram.

Use something like totala11y to check through everything you need to change in order to make the site accessible. Mark new issues as needed.

Finish refactoring code

• Got through everything in pages
• Got through everything in components until reviews folder
• Didn't check assets folder
• Didn't check Protected Routes or Sign Up Form file

• The third item in the HomePageReviewsCarousel isn't able to get switched to using the side switch controls but it's able to be accessed if you click on the third button on the bottom of the carousel.
• If you switch to the third item using the button on the bottom but you try to switch back to the second item using the side switch on the left, it flips back to the first item. It should switch back to the second item.
• The carousel works perfectly in vanilla JS but this bug appears when trying to use the carousel when used in React. Tweaks are needed.
