awesome-setup's Issues

Problem with layout related keys.

Majority of the layout related keys simply don't work at all, the two that work are shift+super+h and shift+super+l, I haven't touched the rc.lua file at all so im not sure what could be causing this

My weather appears as "Traceback"

After setting lat and long in the config my weather now just appears as "Traceback", pretty new to linux and WM so I might have done something wrong.

(Probably) missing a font, and nemo does not change.

Running LS will show these small braille looking things next to the icons.
image
I'm assuming this is a missing font, but I cant find the font I'm missing. When copying it to firefox it shows up as "braille unicode".

The other issue I'm having is that nemo does not change at all, I cant find any catppuccin theme for it either.

[BUG] Hardcoded home directory

Hey hey,
On line 40 of /config/awesome/rc.lua the home directory is hardcoded to /home/meledo ... instead of ~/ ... and so won't work on other users' systems.

Great setup otherwise, very enjoying giving it a spin!

upd: found more on lines 187 and 196 of config/polybar/config.ini so I assume that is the case for the whole project. Would definitely recommend going over it with a search/replace :V

sddm black screen

I follow your instructions guide and when i launch sddm it's just show a black screen
