NameError: name 'PrivateMethods' is not defined

get_transactions() currently doesn't accept the above parameters and needs to be implemented.

Public API

get_valid_order_types()

Private API

get_brokerage_fees()

Add examples to demo how to use the library

Please add in PrimaryCurrencyCode to the crypto withdrawal function, it's now a required parameter of this end point.

This Project is missing rest. Would be great if someone can contribute some.
