I think it would be a good idea to not have to change things in the checker script itself. I would propose to

1. Make a settings area on top of the script, where you can set the paths and the thing about extra files or
2. Make put this into the GUI (I don't know how easy this is). Maybe you can have an inital page where you need to set those paths and a tick box for "other files".

Nonetheless I think this is a great addition.

We found that there is a mismatch between the .vhdr file and the adjusted .vmrk file. ChangeMarkers should open the header file and adjust that line.

sub-PIT1MR0441382: This subject's emg was most likely interrupted during scanning (this has happened several times). As a result, the emg data does not contain sufficient amounts of data. (42 markers in this case)

The fixTimings function identifies ALL pulses as wrong. An index error occurs when it attempts to fix final pulse. What would be an easy way to fix this issue?

To recreate the error: Run ChangeMarkersAllSub('rest','3024006.01'). Put a breakpoint on line 242. Check cDiff and cWrong.
