Use Windows Heap Functions instead of crt memory functions

static local variable needs a thread local storage implementation.

Use dual-mode socket instead IPv4 socket, it can recv IPv4 and IPv6 data.

JSON resolver should provide more detailed info when meet format error.

ntdll.dll has a internal exception function: __C_specific_handler, and need a C++ EH.

Now, it has a custom build tool, may can try to independent from CRT entirely.

Make stack information more detailed, ensures that it is easier to locate the error and understand the cause of the error.
