meh / screenruster-saver Goto Github PK

Currently this crate uses #![feature(type_ascription)]. As far as I understand this feature does only help with cosmetics. Furthermore it looks like removing it doesn't break the build. So please remove it to allow compilation with the stable channel.

Maybe Cargo Workspaces would be a good fit for it?

The current solution is kind of bad for automated building, as one needs to checkout two repos and align the revisions manually + renaming screenruster-saver to screenruster or patching the Cargo.toml from screenruster. Like, there is releases in screenruster, but not in screenruster-saver. If both is kind of part of a bigger something, it should be in one repo IMO - and there is ways of doing that without giving up having the too of them being not the same crate.
