Our case study is based on a chocolate manufacturing company which is facing challenges in dynamically changing market. Sales director decides to invest in data analysis project and They would like to build power BI dashboard that can give them better sales insights so they could take decision to enhance their business (product sales) one step ahead.

Purpose - To unlock sales insights those are not visible before for sales team for decision support.

Stakeholders - Sales Director, Marketing Team, Customer Service Team, Data and Analytics Team, IT Team.

End Result - An Automated and Interactive Dashboard providing quick and latest sales insights in order to support data-driven decision-making.

Data Collection/Gathering - Collected data from different sources (from Client) and prepared an excel file to explore the data tables and done data cleaning (i.e. fixing or removing incorrect, corrupted, incorrectly formatted, duplicate etc.) as well during this period.

Loaded Data in Power BI Desktop (excel file integration).

Done Data Transformation & Cleaning (i.e. inconsistent spacing, null values etc.) in Power BI.
