Background

The Task of the asynchronous request of HttpClient in HttpSender should be managed or wait for its end. If not, in the case of large traffic requests, Tasks will be created indefinitely, causing system instability.

Solution

In zipkin4net, the Send request has been managed by queue, so here you can use getResult to wait for the end of the request.

There are various class that represents the data entity. we can switch to struct to reduce heap memory if possible.

Tracers/Zipkin/V2/V1SpanConvert method's name doesn't follow the C# name convention

1. Remove unused namespace
2. Extract the namespace on the top of the code file.
3. Wrap the line with more 80 characters.

Github's workflow can very well verify whether the code provided by PR is available. The current project still lacks these things.
