There was concern that if a music share isn't mounted when the cleanup
action is ran that tracks may be removed that the user didn't want to remove.

To prevent this, we should add a custom dialog that contains
a list of the tracks that will be removed.  

The cleanup plug-in must be started manually, so if you know you don't have
all your music available, then don't run it.  If you happen to run it, then
showing a confirmation dialog would prevent the accidental deletes.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run autogen.sh

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Output is attached. I do have mono installed (this is on an Ubuntu
machine)... is there another library or development package I need?

In addition, will this plugin work with the Ubuntu-distributed version of
banshee? I saw a mailing-list post somewhere that said it requires a
version of banshee built from source. I've got banshee 0.13.2 from the
Ubuntu repositories.
