right now it has a separate list of timing options

Its super messy and some modifiers have missing boxes that they require. We should use a bit mask

Ideally, it should continue using the previously set time signature.

Opened a map, edited many Text modifiers to add XYZ values.
While doing that the ability to save the map was disabled, so Ctrl + S and the Esc menu buttons does nothing.

alt-scroll should just go through all saved presets
