在git clone 之后，idea并不能直接开始编程，没有src等文件夹

Describe the bug
Get the unexpected static cache strategy value, it seems floodlight modify the value we POST from the web which transfer the IP address with mask to Network address(.0) with mask.

The cache server send the wrong format of http request which lead to http 400 bad request

initially use the txbyte and rxbyte calculate the pkloss just as same as the bandwith flowing Floodlight toturials

then use the tx, rx packet counter, still have problem;

And, the cause of the packet loss seems to need to be clear, cause set the link packet loss will lead to switch loss the packet.

Steps need to do
check with restAPI /wm/core/switch/all/port/json, find the data that can represent the pkloss;
find why the bandwith result be miniers, even after its ganruntee steps

Change to the new UI version, but the browser report that no service on the port
