Add dd* Support for Instagram and YouTube, with Chat Setting to Enable/Disable

add last 24 hours new users, chats and downloads

Set up a cron job to run a script for database backups every 12 hours. Additionally, create a script to upload these backups to a designated Telegram channel.

1. Create a dump channel for the medias meanwhile the bot will send an image or gif on user's request for specific links. After media is published in dump we can edit the earlier file with the video which was requested.

• Adding this feature for every links might be too much for server, so we can just implement it for Instgram links.

2. Adding command handler for groups to download the links, rather downloading every links, though it should only for groups.

Adding created_at and updated_at columns in all tables would help track when records were created and last updated. This information is valuable for auditing purposes and ensuring data integrity.

Migrate PostgreSQL to MongoDB for Better Scalability and Maintenance

Reasons for Migration:
Downly is experiencing significant growth, and there are upcoming changes in the database schema. To ensure scalability and easier maintenance, we propose migrating from PostgreSQL to MongoDB for our async Python project.

Why Migrate to MongoDB:

1. Scalability: MongoDB's document-based architecture allows for horizontal scaling, making it well-suited for growing datasets and high-volume applications like Downly.
2. Flexible Schema: Unlike PostgreSQL, MongoDB offers a flexible schema design, which means we can easily adapt to evolving data structures without significant downtime or migrations.

I wish to run on a server but don't want to use docker any other way ?

Currently, the bot experiences slowdowns and interrupts ongoing processes. To enhance its functionality and prevent interruptions, it would be beneficial to incorporate a queue feature. This addition will streamline operations, optimize performance, and ensure smoother execution of tasks without causing delays or disruptions to the ongoing processes.
