Once the mission is complete and you go talk to Andraknor on the Nexus the mission doesn't actually complete and repeated attempts to turn in/press action/use key does nothing.

I have this strange issue where I died during the part where I'm supposed to defend and wait for (Scott) {or Sara} to bridge the chasm for us. When reloading the game, the bridge was ready to go but this objective was never marked as complete however I was able to move forward and complete the rest of the objectives in the mission. Except, this objective is still marked as not completed (No ✔️ )

[Spoiler] once you've chosen to do other things that you can't side with The Collective (Saving Sloane) this mission becomes stuck in your quest log saying "Speak to Crux" but this person is not there and the area where they would be is entirely hostile on Kadara.

Should either be a way to cancel the quest or mark it as failed somehow but completed?

This is new with 1.06 patch.

Once you play a game (I think most of the time?) The playermodel looks like it is entirely in a shadow and only a few lights are visibly lit.

Still happening in 1.06, the game seems to randomly have a stoppage of all music and audio which persists until you fully restart the game. Seems to only trigger in Multiplayer in my experiences, but it lasts through to Singleplayer if it triggered.
